The role of the Pathfinder Department is to mentor and guide the local pathfinder clubs, its director and leaders in meeting the needs of the pathfinders. The department will also coordinate Mission wide events and support the pathfinder clubs through yearly investitures, pathfinder days and induction ceremonies. Above all, the department’s mission is to bring young people to Christ.
