God called Graham out of a career as a nurse specialist into pastoral ministry in 1998. For the next 10 years, he served with his wife Pauline and two children in the North England Conference, pastoring 3 different districts. He was ordained to gospel ministry in 2006.
Having always had a heart for church planting and outreach, God then moved their ministry focus to cross-cultural frontline mission work as Euro-Asia Field Directors, providing pastoral and strategic support for missionaries serving with Adventist Frontier Missions in parts of Europe, West, and Central Asia.
Graham joined the Welsh Mission in January 2021 as a pastor for the North Wales district of churches and was elected as Welsh Mission President at the end of October 2021.
